We have found that customers do not want to commit to employing or sourcing contractor support when they feel it will not be required for long durations.  We also recognise that experts can be costly and having an expensive resource full time on a project may not be viable for small companies. We are focussed on customers needing short term, but expert resource support, during times of Project Start Up, heightened project activity stages, holiday cover and crisis recovery situations. We achieve this by taking a new approach to recruitment for our customer's support needs.

Many skilled and highly qualified professionals are not able to commit to long term contracts due to family and personal circumstance. We have access to skilled resources which include stay at home parents, contractors moving from role to role and semi-retired professionals. Our approach enables our professionals to enjoy an ultra-flexible home-work balance while meeting and exceeding our customer's needs. We provide resources for day, week and month assignments.
